Step one click on plugins in your dashboard then add plugins and search for “wp security questions” install and activate the plugin.

second step click on the WordPress security questions tab and click settings and enter your security questions it has some default security questions that you can configure with your own questions and answer.

Step three go to your admin profile page by clicking users and click admin profile and under my security questions choose your questions and add the answer and click update profile.
